By showing individual productivity (quantification), it can be utilized for personnel evaluation! "Individual Productivity Indicator Display" function.
In modern work styles, the balance between efficient time management and rewards is becoming increasingly important. We are moving away from the traditional idea that "the more time you spend, the more rewards you receive," and entering an era where evaluations based on the quality of work and individual productivity are required. At "PM-BOX," we are developing a function to individually calculate productivity as part of future work style reforms. This technology is patented (Patent No. 6915821). ◆ Productivity is displayed on an individual basis, with "1.00" as the standard; smaller values indicate lower efficiency, while larger values indicate higher efficiency. ◆ This function is characterized by eliminating delays or progress caused by project leaders or customer circumstances, reflecting productivity solely based on individual reasons. ◆ By utilizing productivity, it becomes possible to improve project quality management and accuracy. Benefits: By showing individual productivity (quantification), it can be used for personnel evaluations. * For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
