[Patent and Utility Model Obtained] Floor-standing Thin Turntable *With Drawings*
Slim Turntable T Tech LH Type
Capable of handling loads of around 20 tons. It is versatile and can be used for various applications such as parking lots, used car photography, events, and automation of production equipment (index turntables)!
Traditionally, when stopping within a rotating disc, there were cases where contact with the outer edge prevented rotation. However, with patented technology, we have created a turntable that allows for smooth rotation by flattening the area near the rotating part, without the vehicle touching the drive mechanism. As a specialized manufacturer that consistently designs and manufactures rotating machinery and turntables in-house, we can provide proposals tailored to your needs for parking lots in apartments and buildings, used car photography, exhibitions like motor shows, various events, and automation of production equipment. In particular, for the automation of production equipment, our turntables (index turntables) can pass gas, air, electricity, and liquids, allowing work to be performed on the turntable. Additionally, by using a turntable, production lines can transition from straight to circular, enabling work to be done in and out at the same location, thus improving efficiency. We can also propose semi-embedded turntables that embed everything except the drive mechanism. *Please check the specifications and specs below regarding load capacity. *For details and drawings, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
