Flat packing and O-rings can also be custom made! The case and main body are attached with a snap lock.
We would like to introduce a case study regarding the processing of physical and chemical instruments that we conducted. The cut pipes were machined on a lathe for surface processing. The flange and cover were machined, and additionally, grooves for O-rings and hole processing were made on the flange. The case was created by gluing cut plates together, and the case and main body were attached using a snap lock. The connecting parts on the side of the pipe were processed into an SR shape to match the outer diameter of the pipe. The structure maintains a sealed condition with a snap lock and flat gasket, and both the flat gasket and O-ring were custom made. 【Case Overview】 ■ Material: Transparent acrylic plate, pipe ■ Construction period: 10 days ■ Points - The connecting parts on the side of the pipe were processed into an SR shape to match the outer diameter of the pipe. - The case and cover maintain a sealed structure with a snap lock and flat gasket. *You can view the materials for this processing case from the "PDF Download."
