The "CT 1636.20" is a machine for finishing the washing of fillets before the salting, packaging, and freezing processes. Using water pressure adjusted according to the type of fish and the condition of the fillet, both sides of the fillet are washed simultaneously. An optional blower can be added to remove any remaining moisture from the fillet after washing. Additionally, it features a mesh belt for improved cleanliness and maintenance.
