There are options for drainage ditches and side ditches, with a wide range of selections available to suit various conditions, including forklift rated loads of 3t, 2t, and 1t.
Please use it for the pit covers of piping in the factory. In many cases, forklifts, which have a smaller tire contact area than large vehicles weighing 25 tons, experience more severe load conditions, especially in areas where there are frequent steering changes. This can lead to the main components of the grating collapsing, making it difficult to select the right product. The load conditions suitable for counterbalance forklifts (reach trucks are not applicable) are set according to our standards, and we have standardized products that have checker plates (tread plates) attached to the top surface of the grating. By attaching the checker plates, there is no concern about the collapse of the main components of the grating, allowing for safe use even in harsh traffic environments such as factories and logistics warehouses.

basic information
Regarding Forklift Passage The applicable load for the grating is determined by the total mass of the vehicle and the contact area of the wheels. It is possible to select the applicable load based on the front axle load when loaded and the tire size of the front wheels for each vehicle. Load and Contact Area Single Wheel Load (Kg) = Front Axle Load when Loaded ÷ 2 Contact Area a×b (cm) varies by vehicle type Example) For Toyota L&F 8FB20 (rated load 2 tons) Front Axle Load when Loaded (Kg) = 4,790 Single Wheel Load (Kg) = 4,790 ÷ 2 = 2,395 Contact Area a×b (cm) = 17.5×19 [Front Wheel Tire: 21×8-9-14PR (I)]
