[Consultation Case for Metal 3D Printing] Special Waveguide Production Part 1

For requests such as 'I want to achieve a complex structure' and 'I also want to request 3D data design'!

I would like to introduce a case where an associate professor from a national research institution conducting research on electromagnetic waves consulted about the need for a waveguide to accurately and evenly transmit fine electromagnetic waves. To realize a high-performance waveguide, we conducted interviews to determine the appropriate shape and proposed a design suitable for 3D printing. We implemented three methods for surface treatment of the internal flow path. As a result, we achieved the desired shape and advanced the research with three types of waveguides featuring different surface treatments.
