This is a high-precision temperature data logger that can be continuously used at high temperatures of +140℃ and has a memory capacity of 32,256. It uses a platinum resistance thermometer Pt-100 for temperature sensing, achieving a measurement accuracy of ±0.1℃. By using the optional probe fixing fixture MI1TPF-313M, the probe can be inserted into retort pouches, cans, bottles, etc. Four types are available depending on the probe length. It continuously records temperature at the specified measurement interval. The recorded data can be quickly downloaded to a computer using a USB cable, allowing for various data analyses. The user-friendly Japanese version of the analysis software automatically calculates sterilization F0 values and low-temperature pasteurization PU values from the measured temperature and time, displaying the results in graphs and numerical tables.
