Akariina Contract
A new energy-saving measure utilizing the lighting and heat-shielding performance of Akalina C.
As a company working on CO2 reduction, we have shown interest in new energy-saving measures utilizing the daylighting and heat insulation performance of Akari-na C, and we have adopted Akari-na Hybrid in our new factory. The slats of the hybrid upper section are adjusted according to the direction. For example, the north side maximizes daylighting with Milky 70, while the west side uses Eco 35 for a more modest amount of daylighting. By reducing the influence of radiant heat from the windows, comfort has improved, and as a result, the adoption has expanded to our group companies. ■ Installation Direction ■ All directions ■ Type of Blinds Used ■ Hybrid: Custom-made blinds. The use of natural light has been practiced for a long time, and in Japan, shoji screens are a prime example. However, in recent years, there has been an increase in buildings that rely on artificial lighting instead of incorporating natural light during the day. While natural light has the disadvantage of being affected by weather and seasons, it excels in terms of openness, brightness, and quality of light. Our proposal is to create a space where natural light can be felt more comfortably and pleasantly indoors: "Creating an eco-friendly and comfortable environment that coexists with natural light." Our main product, the Akarina C daylighting blind, captures natural light and transforms and diffuses it into soft light, brightening the interior and reducing the need for artificial lighting. Additionally, it minimizes the impact of outside temperatures, reducing temperature fluctuations near windows. As a result, it keeps spaces cooler in summer and warmer in winter, thereby reducing air conditioning loads and contributing to energy savings. The slats are highly durable and resistant to light, making them less prone to breakage and ensuring a long lifespan. With an anti-static treatment, they are less likely to attract dust, making maintenance easy. The Akarina C is an economical and environmentally friendly product. *The Akarina daylighting blind is available in versions for businesses and individuals, differing in specifications, warranty content, and services. The version for businesses is called Akarina Contract (abbreviated as Akarina C).
