We would like to introduce a case where our "TCG Runner" and "TLS (TGC Lubrication Supply System)" were adopted. In the stocker transport section of the machine tool, a rack and pinion system was used. However, during lubrication maintenance, the installation location of the rack was set at a high and difficult-to-work area, resulting in significant labor costs for maintenance, prompting a search for a solution. After adoption, maintenance-free operation was achieved without the need for additional lubrication, contributing to a reduction in maintenance frequency and running costs.
