【Product Type】 - Standard CPM M4 Valve This is made from CPM M4 high-speed, wear-resistant steel, achieving maximum toughness and corrosion resistance, and features a durable, reusable heat-treated stainless steel retainer. - WC Facing Face & Ring, WC Solid Ring For extreme machining conditions, we offer a version with a carbide coating on the sliding surface of the face and ring, and additionally provide a premium grade with the ring changed to solid carbide. Recommended for advanced corrosion and wear environments, including GF high-additive grade, HFFR, various mineral additive grades, and high-flow grades. - Stainless Steel ZHWC 9, ZHCW 20, ZROC Z4 Valve This combines the quality of the Z4 spinner interlock valve with shut-off capability provided by a positive check ring. Recommended for high-speed, non-filled, low-viscosity molding environments where shot stability is a concern (such as LCP, LSR, MuCell applications) compared to conventional slider valves or locking ring valves. - Valve for Fluororesin This is designed to have excellent corrosion resistance.
