Vibrating Screen with Crushing Mechanism 'TUBASA'

Easily "crush and sift" powdery substances and foods that tend to clump together with just one touch!! 【Video of crushing and sifting 'sugar cubes' now available】

"Tsubasa" is a vibrating sieve that can perform "crushing" and "sieving" with a single machine, utilizing a rotating blade mechanism on a wire mesh and vertical compression vibrations. It is convenient for processing powders that tend to clump due to moisture or static electricity, such as coarse crushing of food and the production of flakes. The removal, attachment, and cleaning of the sieve frame and blades are easy and hygienic. 【Features】 ■ Efficient crushing on a "sieving surface" where raw materials are evenly distributed from the center ■ Less prone to clogging due to three-dimensional motion and tapping rubber ■ Container materials can be changed (stainless steel, iron, titanium, etc.) ■ 10 to 24 springs absorb vibrations, eliminating the need for foundation work ■ Customization is possible according to applications and powder properties This is a video of crushing and sieving "sugar cubes" with crushing blades × crushing blades! It can also handle various materials such as brown sugar, EVA resin pellets, cesium iodide, and potassium chloride. 【Notice】 Starting in October 2020, we plan to begin "online testing" at our Western Japan sales office. *Currently in preparation Customers will be able to remotely check the testing process. *For more details, please refer to the catalog.
