There was an inspection deficiency in the card edge processing section of the printed circuit board, resulting in defective products being released to the end user, which caused damage to the counterpart's motherboard connector. We received a request from an electronic component manufacturer to establish a cost-effective automated inspection system as a permanent solution. 【Inspection Settings and Results】 By using EasyInspector's "Dimension Angle Inspection" feature, we were able to detect the difference between good and defective products and make a judgment in 0.35 seconds. However, the measurement section during verification is not the accurate width of the tip but rather the vertical dimension of the screen. The right image displays the inspection results, with pass results shown in blue.
