Directly fastened to the component! It is also possible to combine special-shaped screws.
We handle "tapping screws" made of various materials including iron, stainless steel, brass, aluminum, and titanium, with a proven track record in manufacturing. These screws can be directly fastened to components even if they do not have internal threads. There are four types of iron tapping screws: Type 1, Type 2, Type 3, and Type 4. Additionally, we can combine two-thread screws, coarse screws, and special-shaped screws to meet customer needs, and our screws provide a different user experience. **Features of Iron Tapping Screws** - Type 1: The coarsest pitch (the distance between screw threads). - Type 2: Finer pitch than Type 1, excellent workability for screwing in. - Type 3: Suitable for areas subject to vibration as they are less likely to loosen. - Type 4: Good screwing capability, convenient for locating holes in the counterpart, and combines the features of Types 1 and 2. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.*
