Weight feeder specialized for raw materials with low liquidity.
This is a weight-type feeder specialized for raw materials with poor fluidity, such as fibers. Unlike general feeders, which struggle to accommodate long fibers or irregularly sized fibers that do not easily enter the screw, this feeder can fill the screw with these materials thanks to its specially designed discharge mechanism, enabling stable supply. It is also suitable for other raw materials that tend to cause supply issues, such as film and plastic scraps. **Features** - Flexible response to long fibers and irregularly sized fibers - Stable supply of materials even for those that tend to tangle - Ideal for a wide range of raw materials including fiber-based materials, films, and plastics
