It reliably removes moisture that has dissolved in a supersaturated state in HFE solvent outside the device!
We would like to introduce the mechanism of water removal and drying using HFE solvent in our "water removal drying system." The cleaned glass substrate is immersed in HFE solvent while still retaining water. Due to the action of ultrasound and the density difference between pure solvent and water, it easily detaches from the glass substrate and rapidly rises to the water separation tank. The glass substrate undergoes vapor cleaning in the vapor of HFE solvent, and in the drying zone, the adhered HFE solvent is removed, completing the drying process. 【HFE Water Removal Drying Solvent Specifications】 ■ Manufactured by AGC, model AE-3100E ■ Non-flammable ■ Boiling point: 54℃ ■ Liquid density: 1,400 Kg/m3 ■ Surface tension: 16.1 mN/m *For more details, please feel free to contact us.
