The "PFCQ Series" is an air flow controller that adjusts the flow rate by moving a valve body attached to a built-in linear motor. When a flow command signal is input to the product, the built-in calculation circuit compares the flow rate measured by the flow sensor, and based on that value, drives the linear motor to control the flow rate.
