(After Improvement) Requesting processing from another workplace within the same factory. Consolidating the parts into one produced in-house, with in-house production costs of ¥1,439. Using three per month, the cost is ¥4,317/month. Effect: ¥88,500/month → ¥4,317/month (approximately 95% cost reduction)
