We received an inquiry regarding the replacement of exhaust and intake fans for a customer in the food industry with whom we have had a long-standing business relationship. Initially, there were plans to replace 18 exhaust and intake fans, but due to varying challenges and issues at each installation site, it became clear that improvements were also necessary alongside the replacement of all 18 units. Through a site survey, we conducted a physical inspection of the fans and detailed interviews regarding the customer's usage environment. As a result, although it was a substantial project involving the replacement of 10 blowers, we were able to meet the customer's requirements and implement a cost-effective solution, which they appreciated.
