We would like to introduce a case where a customer from the automotive industry reached out to us regarding the consideration of introducing a new conveying system. They were facing difficulties in selecting a parts feeder (automatic parts supply device) that would suit their workpieces. In response, we requested them to provide the workpieces to us, and we confirmed the product specifications through tray testing.
