We received a request from a customer asking us to mold and sinter products using their developed raw materials. We conducted tests to select a binder and determine spray conditions using a small amount (1-2 kg) of raw materials, repeatedly testing molding and sintering to establish optimal conditions, and then carried out prototype production.
