[Introduction to Assembly Manufacturing Technology] "Production Technology" Pursuing High Quality and Rationality
Essential technology for carrying out production activities! Completing a series of processes in-house.
We would like to introduce our "Production Technology," which pursues high quality and rationality. In the development of new products, production engineers design the production process during the pre-production preparation stage, creating "assembly jigs" and "electrical testing machines" tailored to each product. Utilizing equipment for processing resin and metal, starting with cutting RP machines, we carry out most of the work in-house. 【Features】 ■ Production engineers design the production process during the pre-production preparation stage ■ Design of "assembly jigs" and "electrical testing machines" tailored to each product ■ Utilize equipment for processing resin and metal, with most work done in-house ■ Quickly realize the benefits of implementation by completing the entire process in-house ■ Contribute to shortening development lead times *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.

Company information
Since its founding in 1952, Kuroi Electric has introduced numerous innovative products to the Japanese lighting market as a development-focused venture company, thanks to creativity and relentless effort. Based in Kyoto, we have developed highly designed lighting fixtures that incorporate traditional crafts, such as translucent wood, as well as dimmers and electronic stabilizers equipped with cutting-edge electronic circuit technology. We will continue to pursue our corporate slogan of "Human Electronics & Lighting" by merging high sensitivity (high touch) with high technology (high tech). We possess a comprehensive capability to create everything from design to final products tailored to customer needs, and our integrated development and manufacturing system enables us to produce speedy, low-cost, high-quality products, which is our core competence. In an era where reducing environmental impact is crucial, we are also working to apply the energy-saving and resource-saving technologies cultivated in our lighting business to other fields.
