Element exchange filter for gas containing solvents and powders.
● Continuous removal of liquids and droplets contained in the sample gas ● Use of corrosion-resistant materials: stainless steel or kyner ● Replaceable filter element: high temperature and chemical resistance ● Thick filter element: efficiently processes gas ■ Neutronics Liquid Trap is a sample gas pre-treatment device designed to be installed upstream of the sample conditioning equipment. A large amount of contamination can overload typical inline filters and clog upstream tubes and equipment. This device provides removal of particulates and mist from harsh process applications, preventing excessive loading on standard inline filters, which can lead to sample flow loss, system alarms, and high maintenance frequency. This integrated pre-filter offers the necessary particulate and mist removal for demanding process applications, ensuring trouble-free operation, reducing maintenance, and enhancing reliability.
