We provide a wide range of services, from single-item processing, small lot processing, and medium lot processing of mass-produced products to consulting for jigs, dedicated machines, and prototype development support.
We are Nitto Kousakusho Co., Ltd., engaged in precision machining in Hirakata City, Osaka Prefecture. We offer a wide range of services, from single-item machining and small to medium lot production to consulting for jigs, dedicated machines, and prototype development support, delivering reliable quality with our unique technological capabilities as a comprehensive manufacturing company. This time, we would like to introduce our rotary engine, the "NR Series." The most notable feature of the NR Series is that it faithfully inherits the design philosophy of Dr. Wankel, the inventor of the Wankel-type rotary engine. Specifically, we precisely incorporate corner seals, side seals, and apex seals, and by adopting a two-part structure for the apex seal, we enhance the engine's compressibility, achieving high airtightness and efficiency. ◎ We are broadly responsive to requests for simple machining, small to medium lot machining, as well as consulting for machining and prototypes. Please feel free to consult with us. ◎ If you have a desired price, please let us know. #nitto-mfg #small-lot-machining #medium-lot-machining #single-item-machining #prototype-machining #general-machining #machining-consultant #new-product-development-support
