Apply strong tension with two rollers! Minimal damage to thread and wire.
A "tension equalizer" is a type of tensioner that applies tension to a thread by wrapping it around two rotating rollers while feeding it out. At the base of the rollers, there is a belt, and by applying a load with weights or springs to this belt, the tension can be adjusted. To accommodate thick industrial threads, there is a "high tension specification" with an aluminum body that excels in rigidity, and a "light tension specification" that uses a body made of high-rigidity resin to keep costs down. 【Features】 ■ The use of two rotating rollers for braking minimizes damage to the thread and wire. ■ Options for spring specifications and weight specifications are available depending on the usage environment. ■ The number of turns of the nut that pulls the spring can provide tension proportional to the weight. ■ The rollers are treated with hard chrome plating, which offers excellent wear resistance. *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
