This is an adapter for converting external coarse thread screws to internal fine thread screw holes. It allows for the conversion to fine thread screw holes by inserting it into existing coarse thread screw holes.
It has a hexagonal head type, so it can be easily tightened with a wrench or similar tool. Additionally, by using hex nuts and spring washers, it can also be installed on thin plates (with round holes).
