"SB52931-01" is a crossing anti-sway unit (Type C) that is mounted on the back of the jack board of an F-type relay. It absorbs the instantaneous "sway" that occurs during the relay drop of the crossing control device at the starting point, which is difficult to prevent with a slow-motion unit.
