Sorting resins by type, such as nylon and polypropylene sorting.
We would like to introduce our electrostatic separator machines 'NF-300/600/900' that we handle. Utilizing charging through mutual friction, these machines can sort resins by type. Additionally, we also offer a "dielectric separator" that sorts metals and non-metals by utilizing differences in dielectric constants. Please contact us if you have any inquiries. 【Product Lineup】 ■NF-300 ・Size (Width × Depth × Height): 820 × 1330 × 1640 mm ■NF-600 ・Size (Width × Depth × Height): 800 × 1330 × 1640 mm ■NF-900 ・Size (Width × Depth × Height): 1100 × 1330 × 1640 mm *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Our company was established in 1935 when our founder, Zenichi Hattori, discovered that green tea leaves and stems could be sorted using the phenomenon of frictional electrification. At the same time, we invented the electrostatic tea sorting machine. In 1962, we commercialized Japan's first color sorting machine, and over the years, we have developed various sorting machines as a pioneer in sorting technology in Japan. Our top priority has always been customer satisfaction, and our motto has been to never give up until we achieve high-quality sorting. The results of our development efforts are reflected in our current products.
