Introducing a case study on the use of Asaclean in the automotive parts industry, where extreme efficiency is required!
We would like to introduce examples of utilizing 'Asacrin' that balances cost reduction and environmental responsiveness, strongly supporting our customers' businesses. In the manufacturing of automotive parts, extreme efficiency is required, such as time reduction to the second and productivity improvement, along with the significant challenge of balancing this with environmental responsiveness, exemplified by the reduction of CO2 emissions. Our product supports our customers' businesses by achieving both cost reduction and environmental responsiveness. 【Problem-Solving Examples (Excerpt)】 - Quickly cleaned resins that are prone to burning and difficult to wash in the molding of engine room parts. - Ensured the removal of resin degradation contaminants in the molding of electrical components, which are sensitive to foreign matter, thereby guaranteeing electrical property quality. - Enabled purging during molding for color change of large PP exterior parts, allowing for quick cleaning of the cylinder and hot runner. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Asaclean has been supported by many customers as a pioneer of cleaning agents (purging agents) for molding machines since its launch in 1990, and today it has established its position as a top global brand, being used in over 75 countries and regions worldwide. Initially, it was a product designed for efficiently performing color and resin changes in plastic molding machines in small quantities and short periods. However, through subsequent grade development, it has become possible to achieve a wide range of effects, from the removal of resin degradation (burns, black spots, etc.) to prevention, and it is also utilized to reduce the defect rate of molded products. In 2008, we introduced the high-performance grade IMX, which has a completely different design concept from the conventional Asaclean, contributing to further reductions in foreign matter defect rates and the efficiency of molding machine maintenance. In the future, we will continue to provide products that further contribute to "reducing losses and improving efficiency in molding sites = cost reduction."
