It contains a variety of substances necessary for humans to lead a healthy life!
Bacteria produce various substances during the processes of fermentation and metabolism. Among these, the components produced by beneficial bacteria in the intestines, such as bifidobacteria and lactic acid bacteria, are referred to as "lactic acid bacteria production substances." They are also known as "lactic acid bacteria metabolic products," literally referring to the "substances (metabolic products) produced by lactic acid bacteria." Originally, the substances produced by bacteria are a familiar presence for humans. In fact, our intestines have been inhabited by numerous intestinal bacteria since shortly after birth, and through their unique activities, they continuously produce substances every day. Not limited to lactic acid bacteria, bacteria release various substances into the environment from the time they are born until they die, and these are called "metabolic products." *For more detailed information, please refer to the related links. Company information
At the Kōei Scientific Research Institute, we are developing our business based on the corporate philosophy of "contributing to the health promotion of humanity through lactic acid bacteria production materials," which is founded on the "lactic acid bacteria cultivation technology" inherited from our predecessor, Director Masagaki. Our "lactic acid bacteria production materials," developed using our unique cultivation technology based on 16 types and 35 strains of lactic acid bacteria and bifidobacteria (patent obtained: Patent No. 4540376), are widely used as health food ingredients.
