The company was conducting various meetings at its headquarters with personnel gathered from 16 locations within Mie Prefecture, but was considering the introduction of a web conferencing system to reduce travel time and costs. We proposed an appropriate web conferencing system from several candidates. Our company carried out the LAN construction at each location and also supported remote technical consultations. We took care of the overall setup of the web conferencing system, including the improvement of the network environment. 【Case Overview】 ■Challenges - Implementation of a web conferencing system to connect multiple locations - Some locations had weak network environments ■Proposal Details - Proposed a suitable web conferencing system - Conducted LAN (wired and wireless) construction at each location and supported remote technical consultations - Managed the overall setup of the web conferencing system, including the improvement of the network environment *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
