We provide an OLED panel module lifespan evaluation solution that allows for the simultaneous measurement, evaluation, and judgment of multiple subpixels using 2D spectral luminance measurement. We measure the luminance, chromaticity, and spectral uniformity of each light-emitting element, and easily set the signal generation patterns, measurement steps, and evaluation criteria.
