We would like to introduce a case study of the ERP package "Aikata," which encompasses order management and production management functions, implemented for a printing company. The company faced challenges because the existing package software for the printing industry did not fit their operations, resulting in some functions being unusable and reliance on Excel for operations, leading to a lack of centralized data. As a solution, we rebuilt the order management system on a cloud platform, enabling system use without being constrained by location.
