By continuously feeding raw materials into this vortex flow field, uniform reaction crystallization throughout the entire reactor is made possible, enabling the production of fine particles through continuous crystallization. **Features** Fine and sharp particle size distribution It is possible to continuously produce fine particles with a small particle diameter (around a few micrometers) and a sharp particle size distribution (good monodispersity). High productivity per unit volume The device capacity can be reduced through continuous production (approximately 1/5 to 1/10 compared to conventional stirred tanks). Others Short startup time.
