With the standard simulation software for automatic generation of processing data and automatic transfer to the bending machine, along with integration with our in-house developed non-contact pipe shape measurement device, we significantly reduce product launch time. Additionally, the measurement results of the pipe shape can be fed back to the bending machine with one click, allowing for automatic shape correction, which greatly contributes to improved bending quality and customer reliability.
