By transferring a matte embossed pattern onto a surface that is prone to scratches, the contact area of the surface is reduced! This makes it possible to prevent scratches.
This product is a film that makes scratches and dents on the resin surface less visible by transferring an embossed texture onto the resin surface. By applying an embossed shape, it provides functions for hiding scratches, dents, and patterns through design patterns and light diffusion effects. You can use it as an embossed film directly, or you can use it to transfer the embossed shape onto the resin. 【Features】 ■ Provides performance by transferring shapes to the material ■ Makes scratches and dents less visible with surface texture ■ Reduces contact area for fingerprint resistance ■ Wide compatibility through the combination of coating, printing, and embossing *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Company information
Our company specializes in embossing plastic films. We excel in processing hard film substrates. We primarily perform embossing on "biaxially stretched PET," which is considered difficult to mold among films, and the embossed films are used in a wide range of applications due to their surface shapes. **Benefits of Adding Embossing (Texture) to Film Processing:** ◆ Increased surface area ◆ Reduced surface contact rate ◆ Prevention of adhesion ◆ Enhanced design quality What was not possible with flat films can now be achieved. Additionally, embossed films are utilized in various applications by leveraging their performance and functionality, including: ◆ Transfer applications to resins that utilize surface design ◆ Light diffusion through reflection and refraction effects ◆ Prevention of contact and adhesion with target objects Embossed films are used in a variety of applications.
