Light Scattering/Zeta Potential Measurement Device DynaPro ZetaStar
This single device supports dynamic, static, and electrophoretic light scattering (DLS/SLS/ELS) measurements - providing reliable measurement results even with a small sample volume.
The DynaPro ZetaStar can measure dynamic light scattering, static light scattering, and electrophoretic light scattering (DLS/SLS/ELS) all in one device, allowing for the acquisition of information on a wide range of molecular sizes, polydispersity, zeta potential, particle concentration, molecular weight, and turbidity/milky degree in up to 1/10 the time compared to conventional methods. It can be used for the analysis and quantification of virus vectors, vesicles, LNPs (lipid nanoparticles), inorganic nanoparticles, nanoemulsions, polymers, peptides, proteins, nucleic acids, and more. With high sensitivity even with very small sample amounts, it is suitable for rare and precious samples. 【Features】 - Supports both manual and automatic measurements - Measurement is completed with just a few clicks, making it easy to operate and reassuring for inexperienced users - Wide temperature setting range (-10 to 120°C) allows for evaluation of thermal degradation and behavior under various storage conditions - High salt concentration compatibility enables reliable measurements under physiological conditions and in formulation buffers - A variety of cell options and disposable cell compatibility eliminate the need for cuvette cleaning and sample carryover
