A system for inspecting films and paper that are transported at high speed in a roll-to-roll manner.
Image Processing Appearance Inspection System "iVision"
A inspection system that installs a camera on a roll-to-roll transport device to conduct visual inspections during the winding process.
In the paper manufacturing, sewing, and resin film processing industries, roll-to-roll winding devices are used. A camera is installed on these devices to create a system that conducts defect inspections, such as surface dirt, during the winding process. When a defect is detected, measures are taken, such as stopping the winding device or displaying the distance from the starting position to the location of the detected defect.
