Route tape makes unmanned transportation in factories more efficient and flexible without the need for mapping! [*Free catalog introducing examples of equipment collaboration and usage is currently available.]
"SIGNAS" is a transport robot that operates by recognizing signposts (markers) placed within the factory using its built-in camera. It eliminates the need for route tapes (magnetic tapes) required for AGV operation, teaching (map setup) necessary for AMR operation, and constant wireless communication, allowing for quick adaptation to sudden layout changes. It can navigate surfaces with grooves, steps, inclines, and unevenness, contributing to the efficiency and flexibility of unmanned transport. 【We solve the following problems】 ■ Teaching for AMR takes time and costs ■ Building a dedicated wireless communication environment for AMR is challenging ■ Layout changes become a bottleneck for the introduction of AGV/AMR and transport automation ■ Replacing route tapes during layout changes is cumbersome ■ As it is a rented building, we want to avoid sticking tape to the floor ■ We need to run on grating, asphalt, and checker plates but are struggling because we cannot apply route tape *For more details, please refer to the catalog. We also introduce examples of equipment collaboration and utilization. We are currently accepting requests for running tests and demonstrations. Please feel free to contact us.

basic information
【Features】 - Achieves route setting without magnetic tape or mapping - Easy route changes by moving signposts (markers) - Supports inclines up to 5°, steps up to 10mm, and grooves up to 50mm (at 500kg towing) - Compatible with towing, loading, and undercarriage transport, with dedicated tools available - Capable of intersection control, integration with elevators, shutters, and FA equipment, and remote calling 'SIGNAS' measures the distance and orientation to signposts (markers) using a built-in camera and controls driving actions (start, curve, spin turn, stop). It can recognize signposts placed 2m above. If you are considering automation of factories or transport, please feel free to consult us.

Company information
Our company offers a system called 'OMNIedge' that attaches sensors to parts to visualize their current status in numerical form. By visualizing the condition of parts, we achieve greater efficiency in maintenance operations, reduction in inventory management costs, and improvement in equipment utilization rates. This supports the smooth execution of production plans. Depending on your needs, we plan to visualize the condition of various mechanical component parts, not just LM guides and ball screws. Please feel free to consult with us.
