basic information
Building Mass Production Systems and Quality Systems - Since early 2019, we have been supplying a large number of electric vehicle charging system component manufacturers worldwide, establishing sufficient facilities and quality systems, and proving stable quality and price competitiveness. Thin Sheet Lamination Technology - Compared to existing products that use 0.5t laminations, most products use 0.2-0.3t thin sheets for lamination. - Through thin sheet lamination, we reduce eddy current losses. Diverse Material Heat Treatment Technology - Various heat treatment methods for materials such as permalloy, nanocrystals, and amorphous materials enable the realization of a wide range of customer characteristics. - We provide solutions that allow for optimal specification selection through various approaches and analyses during the customer's initial development phase. Various Core Processing Technologies - Products of the same shape can be manufactured through various processing methods. - Due to differences in electrical properties resulting from processing, customers have flexible options to choose from.
