Supports ODM for electronic devices! A case where everything from planning to hardware (circuit), firmware, mechanical (enclosure) design, and manufacturing and inspection was carried out consistently in-house.

We would like to introduce an ODM case of lithium-ion batteries used in EF (fan-equipped) wear. In the development of this lithium-ion battery, it was necessary to address the increase in airflow, support for mobile battery compatibility, and incorporate control specifications via BLE communication. In this case, we have consistently handled everything in-house, from planning to embedded hardware development such as circuit design and PCB design, firmware development related to control, mechanical development including the casing, and manufacturing and inspection. 【Our Proposals and Services】 - To increase airflow, we modified the output voltage, added a USB port for mobile battery compatibility, and included BLE communication functionality to enable operation from a smartphone. - Since it will be used outdoors, we designed it to have a simple waterproof specification. - Regarding the casing, to ensure safety, it was necessary to prevent user disassembly, so we adopted a structure that cannot be disassembled. *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
