Q. Is it possible to handle steel materials? A. We welcome it. We also conduct pickups, and our company is focused on logistics. We have a system in place that can almost cover all of Eastern Japan, based in Saitama and Iwate factories. Q. What is the minimum lot size? A. We can accommodate from 1 piece. Please feel free to consult us anytime regarding prototypes, heat treatment concerns, or questions. Q. Can you handle mass production? A. It will be determined based on the type of steel and heat treatment method. We have dealt with various projects for over a decade. Please consult us first. Q. What sizes can you correct bending or distortion? A. We can handle dimensions up to round bars Φ400×5000mm and plates T50×2000×6000mm. Q. What is the accuracy of bending? A. Within 3mm/m by visual inspection (in-house standard). Q. Can you conduct mechanical testing? A. Yes, we can. We will request a public institution to perform mechanical testing. Q. What is the delivery time? A. Generally about 1 week from the arrival of materials. *There are also cases where processing can be expedited. Q. Is it possible to attend heat treatment and correction? A. Yes, it is possible. *Schedule adjustment is necessary. Q. What are the quality standards? A. We conduct hardness tests under management conditions stipulated by Japanese Industrial Standards.
