The 【TH55/TW55】 is a high-end hose with a focus on extending the lifespan of SIP resistance. It features a special design that combines the technical advantages of fluororesin with the elasticity and heat resistance of silicone. This is a high-end model for the highest purity lines, such as for aseptic transfer. The outer surface is made of non-sticky platinum silicone, while the inner surface is highly smooth PFA, providing flexibility under various temperature conditions. Its excellent bending performance passes the repeated bending cycle test in accordance with ASTM D2176. It excels in chemical resistance, heat resistance, and mirror smoothness, making it a top-grade multi-use product suitable for pumping lines. 【Features】 ■ Steam sterilization can be used for up to 30 minutes at 0.3MPa (135°C) or below. ■ PFA lining is possible for ferrule joints (TW55). ■ Static electricity measures can be implemented by optionally connecting an anti-static wire. ■ Unique joint design reduces liquid pooling on the inner surface. 【Options】 ■ PFA lining (TW55). ■ Joint: electropolished + passivation treatment (TH55). ■ Exterior: reinforcement blade. ■ Hose: anti-static wire connection (TH55).
