"ExactFlat" is a flat pattern software that unfolds 3D solid data into a 2D plane. It operates as an add-on to CAD systems "SOLIDWORKS" and "Rhinoceros." [Features] ■ Direct creation of pattern data from 3D models Since the 3D model's solid data can be directly unfolded into pattern data, there is no need to prepare physical samples or conduct prototypes. ■ Abundant material presets Material properties are stored in a database, allowing for the creation of corrected data that takes into account factors such as stretch ratios and fabric thickness by referencing the data. This enables anyone to create stable patterns without relying on experience or intuition. ■ Reduction of man-hours Pattern creation can be completed digitally, making it easy to verify and modify. This eliminates the hassle of repetitive rework, thereby reducing man-hours.
