The "CoroMill MS60" is a square shoulder milling cutter with a tool diameter of φ50-φ100mm, equipped with internal coolant holes, and a maximum axial depth of cut of 8mm. It adopts a new concept direct press low-resistance 6-corner specification chip. It offers high versatility, covering everything from shoulder milling to drilling/pocketing through ramping. Additionally, it delivers maximum performance in rough to medium finishing operations on steel (ISO-P) and cast iron (ISO-K), and is also capable of machining stainless steel (ISO-M) and heat-resistant alloys (ISO-S). 【Features】 ■ The chip is a double-sided 6-corner design, making it economical. ■ Despite being a double-sided negative chip, the new concept incorporates relief angles on the clearance surfaces, achieving safe machining with low cutting resistance even in ramping operations. ■ The number of cutting edges can be selected from standard M pitch for general use or high productivity H pitch, maximizing productivity according to the machining requirements. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
