Currently, the near-infrared (including SWIR) region is being used not only for single-wavelength camera inspections such as surveillance cameras, liquid level detection, and non-destructive testing, but also for image processing combined with the visible range and cameras that utilize a wide wavelength band, such as hyperspectral cameras. Our company is developing measuring instruments for near-infrared lenses targeting up to 2000nm. We will repurpose the product technology established in the visible range. "Measurement of focal position from the lens flange surface" Model example: BPC-1000 The point where the MTF is maximized is determined as the focal position by placing an image sensor at the focal plane, and the distance from the flange surface is measured. "Measurement of lens aperture from light quantity ratio" Model example: SMD-100T2 Using the light emitted from the light source, a reference is registered at a certain aperture value. The difference from the registered light quantity is displayed in EV. "Measurement of peripheral light quantity ratio" Model example: KK-3 Using a pinhole sensor, the image sensor surface is scanned and the acquired light quantity is plotted to measure the light quantity ratio from the center of the lens to the periphery. "Programmable light source that can illuminate only at specific wavelengths or in a broad spectrum" Model example: LSBS-300SRV-1 It can illuminate at specific wavelengths such as 400nm, 850nm, and 905nm, or reproduce arbitrary spectra by illuminating multiple LEDs of different wavelengths, including broad-spectrum white LEDs.
