Case Study on the Use of Electric Mobility Base Units: Infrastructure Inspection Robot
"Can be utilized in power plants and facilities" Stable operation is possible even on uneven ground or outdoors! Proven track record in power plants.
We would like to introduce examples of utilizing our electric mobility base unit as an infrastructure inspection robot within factories and between buildings. Suzuki's electric cart demonstrates high mobility even over 5 cm steps, uneven outdoor terrain, and an 8° incline, making it suitable for use as an inspection robot in large factory and plant areas. Additionally, it can operate outdoors, which was challenging for conventional AMRs, allowing for the replacement of tasks previously performed by humans in difficult outdoor conditions with robots. 【Features】 ■ Independent motors for left and right rear wheels ■ Suspension for front, rear, left, and right ■ Front wheel steering with power steering ■ Rust-proof, waterproof, and dust-proof ■ Low center of gravity for high driving stability ■ Capable of climbing and descending 8° with a 100 kg load ▼ Many use cases are currently available on our special website! For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
