[Case Study of Electronic Contract Service] Assist Corporation

In the company-wide deployment of contract digitization, we will change and optimize the electronic contract service! The storage of paper originals will also be managed centrally.

As a package integrator, we would like to introduce a case where Assist Corporation, which provides software and technical support, has implemented the electronic contract service "WAN-Sign." Previously, contracts were printed on paper and sent out for stamping, and once the other party completed the stamping, they would return the documents, which was time-consuming and cumbersome. After the implementation, we were able to centrally manage contracts regardless of whether they were paper or electronic. Additionally, for HR-related documents such as employment contracts, since viewing permissions are important, we improved control without compromising convenience by managing them in folders.
