This addresses air and gas leaks detected during maintenance and inspection operations following leak occurrences. **Safety Management in Storage and Transportation** Our country, Japan, relies on various imported raw materials. Maritime transport is responsible for most of these import forms. After a long sea journey and subsequent land transport, air and gas leaks inevitably occur due to vibrations during the long voyage and the aging of transport materials. As a simple emergency response, we propose a non-hardening putty, tentatively named "Tome Taro 2," which can be easily handled by anyone. **This product has been pre-adopted as a "putty material for preventing gas leak dispersion" by a national designated agency.**
