We would like to introduce a case where we provided project management for a replacement project and fulfillment and operational support after the release for Company A, a foreign-affiliated cosmetics brand. The company aimed to switch from a mail-order fulfillment provider to its own infrastructure and desired smooth project progress along with comprehensive management of operations, including fulfillment thereafter. After the service implementation, we designed and built a new business flow that accommodated the post-replacement environment. Through design know-how and project management that took into account not only the system aspects but also the operational aspects, we adhered to the desired schedule and achieved the release.
