The cell disruption device "Organelle Collector" is designed to disrupt cultured cells and recover undamaged intracellular organelles (organelles). By rapidly suctioning and expelling within a tube without the use of chemicals, it disrupts cells through pressure, allowing for the extraction of each cellular organelle while maintaining their activity. After disruption, the desired organelles are fractionated using centrifugation. The cooling function reduces damage caused by heat during the disruption process.
